Do you have a travel bucket list? If you do, then there are probably a few more fun things that you should really add to your travel bucket list. Here are some exciting things that you should add to your list:

1. A Vineyard Tour
This is the perfect holiday addition if you’re a wine lover (and obviously old enough to drink wine!). The type of tours offered will depend on the country and region you’re visiting, but for an example, I recently went on a cycling vineyard tour in New Zealand that was so much fun. A group of friends and I set off on bicycles with a map of all the local vineyards in the area, stopping off along the way to try different wines. Many vineyards will offer samplers, so for a set price, you will get to sample a number of wines. If you don’t have any trips planned but are dreaming of some delicious wine, why not check out NakedWinery.com for all your wine needs.

2. Nile Cruise In Egypt
Egypt is one of those places you just have to visit – there’s so much to see and do, one trip might not even feel like enough. In December of last year I was in Egypt and we spent a few days in Cairo before flying down south and doing a Nile cruise. While it is possible to visit many of the sites by private car, choosing to do a Nile Tour is such a relaxing way to see more of this stunning country. Most of the Nile Cruise ships will provide you with a private tour guide who will help explain all the significance and history of the many temples and historic sites that you will visit.

3. Sapa, Vietnam
If you love nature and enjoy escaping the hustle and bustle of a big city, then Sapa should be on the top of your travel list. This beautiful region in Vietnam is known for its stunning landscapes, which are made up of staggered rice paddy fields. Most people will choose to do a tour to Sapa from Hanoi, meaning that you’ll likely spend a few days with a small group hiking the region, even staying with a local community and learning more about rural life in Vietnam.

4. Petra, Jordan
I’m not sure why Jordan isn’t on everyone’s travel bucket list. It’s an interesting country that’s an easy size to visit. It also packs a lot within a pretty small driving distance. You can spend the night camping out in the desert under the stars, and you can drive a few hours and end up in the Dead Sea where you can float on water. Petra is a huge complex, you’ve probably seen pictures of the most famous part which is the Treasury, but it’s actually a relatively small part of the massive complex that Petra is. When I visited last year, there were still so many parts of Petra that were being discovered. I suggest spending at least two days there to really get around and see enough.
